Situated in the heart of New York City’s NoHo district, 25 Bond Street is a luxurious apartment building with outstanding contemporary style where Astec ABX® Architectural Bronze technology was used to construct the grand facade.
It was chosen for its qualities of resistance and solidity as well as for its noble aesthetic value. The facade is comprised of ample fixed glazing and automatic doors on the ground floor, with more than 80 parallel sliding windows in the levels above. In particular, the W65 and K85 thermally insulated profiles were used for the window and door openings. All of the various bronze elements, including the laser cut residence name sign, were designed to perfectly match with a custom designed classic patina by Astec.
