The imposing complex is characterized by large fixed and sliding bronze windows made by Astec in a customized manner with extruded Architectural Bronze, a resistant material suitable for a marine environment filled with salt air, pushing winds and humidity.
The intense work carried out alongside the world-renowned designer allowed for the creation of some special pieces, such as a horizontal sun shades with a duckboard effect, and shapes in line with a supporting steel structure and burnished copper alloy cladding, as well as teak and stainless-steel parapets with oval-shaped horizontal and vertical pipework.
