2008 National AIA award for multi-family housing for the 25 BOND STREET

25 Bond Street received a 2008 National AIA award for multi-family housing.

The luxuary residential building was developed by Goldman Properties and designed by BKSK Architects.

The exterior of the building is a combination of hand chiseled, Egyptian and Palestinian limestone.

The sidewalk is maade of 20 granite slabs that have a single line hand carving by the Japanese sculptor Ken Hiratsuka.

 

Astec realized all the sliding doors made with ABX W65, the storefronts and entrace at ground floor, all bronze coverings and parapets on the roof for the main facade. Everything is made in elegant CLASSIC finishing.

 

The 25 Bond Street is located in Manhattan in the NoHo district.
